It is also possible that the phone does not respond to touch or responds slowly when running applications that need large CPU resources as well as while using third-party chargers that may cause a malfunction during charging.
If you have already removed all the protectors and covers of the smartphone and used its original charger, try the following solutions to fix the problems of the touch screen of your LG mobile.
Recover mobile data
Before trying anything, it is best to make a backup of the contents of the smartphone. How if the screen does not work? Very simple: First try to connect a USB mouse to your phone through an OTG cable. As it is the touch screen that does not seem to work, this will allow you to navigate the phone and recover your important data by making a backup in Dropbox or Google Drive before the phone continues to fail.

Restart the mobile
