The screen touch fails
This situation can be caused by several reasons and although it is evident, we want to remind you primarily that there are gloves and different fabrics that allow us to use touch screens. This is due to the electrical signal that our own fingers run on the screen and cause our mobile to react, but the reason is most likely one of the following.
Poor protectors
Although it is a good idea to use a screen protector for our mobile, there are many types, brands and models . We do not have to worry since it is not a virus, only bad programming that means that we cannot enjoy the screen in the best way. To solve it, we only have to eliminate those apps that are not as popular and we have them on our mobile, checking if the failure comes from this reason.
Make a Hard Reset as the last solution
When we no longer have another option to choose from, we will have to prepare to make a copy of all our photos and important files on the computer and other device. Then through the Hard Reset we will proceed to delete everything we have on our mobile and leave it as the first day, trusting that this problem with the screen is resolved.
- First of all, we turn off our Xiaomi mobile by pressing and holding the power button and tapping turn off.
- Then we simultaneously hold the power button and turn up the volume for several seconds until we see the Xiaomi logo.
- We will access a very different menu, where we have to move with the volume up and down keys, accepting with the power button.
- We scroll to “Wipe data / Factory reset” and accept with the power button.
- Then we do the same in “Yes” and accept.
- As a final step we choose “Reboot system now”.
Our mobile will restart and delete everything we have on the smartphone to turn it on again like new. When configuring it, we will have to see if this problem is solved and if it is not, we can resort to checking the warranty of our Xiaomi mobile and thinking of a repair.
