Xiaomi has always moved a thousand wonders around the mid-range, with devices that have always had hardware specifications rather than solvents to carry out any task we need. And both the Redmi Note 8 Pro and the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite are a good proof of that.
Without entering if they should have arrived with a little more power with respect to their counterpart in China (especially in the case of the Mi 9 Lite), the two terminals that we are going to compare have very even hardware that, perhaps, are coming to differentiate in subjects like the camera and some configurations of RAM memory, storage or battery, where the distances are not sidereal.

Display and processor power
The two terminals come to install 6.3-inch screens with a really good FullHD + resolution for the price segment in which they move. The same thing happens with the processor, more than enough power to carry out any task we set out to do, without demanding too much in terms of gaming : at the end of the day, both the Mediatek Helio G90T and Snapdragon 710 They are very competent processors.

On issues such as RAM, the Redmi Note 8 Pro has 6 and 8GB options, which is very good, compared to only 6 of the Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite. The same goes for storage, where the Note 8 Pro goes a small step further giving more options and capabilities than its competitor.
Four for three cameras, battery and prices
At this point, the Redmi Note 8 Pro has a greater photographic capacity , if only for the presence of four 64/8/2 / 2MP sensors, compared to the three of the Xiaomi with its 48/8 / 2MP. As always, on paper there is no doubt, but then in the day to day results send and a good photographic test never hurts.

In the connectivity part they tie everything and autonomy is also shown on the side of Note 8 Pro: 4,500 mAh. compared to 4,030 in the Mi 9 Lite. Which one do we choose? For the price in which they move, without a doubt the Redmi is significantly superior and will offer you a little more performance if you opt for an 8GB configuration of RAM. True, this Xiaomi Mi 9 Lite tad short stays, but still a good choice.
