When will I receive this patch

So far, Microsoft has only brought KB4580364 to Beta channel Insider users. This is because the company probably wants to test it thoroughly before bringing it to all users via Windows Update. Users who install this update will be downgraded to OS build 19042.608 and therefore all these known bugs should be gone from the system.

It is likely that, when the KB4580364 patch is ready to reach all users, Microsoft will decide to expand the scope of its October 2020 to more users so that, little by little, most users, especially those who already use 1909 and 2004, you can make the jump as soon as possible to the new Windows 10 20H2.
