If we pay attention to the number of leaks that are taking place these weeks on the Internet, we could think that it is true that in 2021 the large mobile launches will be ahead. Two of the smartphones that will be presented in January, the Galaxy S21 and the Xiaomi Mi 11 have already revealed all their secrets and now the OnePlus 9 follows the same fate.
A rumor was running a few weeks ago claiming that OnePlus was planning to launch its 2020 flagships earlier than usual. Shortly after this information appeared, the first top-of-the-range networks of the firm were leaked, advancing the design of the OnePlus 9 . Now it is the phone itself that can be seen in real images, confirming everything said about it so far.

These photos published by the PhoneArena medium quite coincide with what appeared in previous leaks, such as in its flat screen with a perforated hole in the upper left corner that, according to the data we have, would be a 6.5-inch AMOLED panel with Full HD + resolution very similar to the OnePlus 8T. Therefore it would have a refresh rate of 120Hz with an aspect ratio of 20: 9
On the screen, we can see the upper speaker grill at the same time that, in this same profile, there is a secondary microphone with noise cancellation. The SIM tray, USB Type-C port, and a second speaker are located at the bottom.
If we look at the back, we see a rectangular camera module that houses the triple camera assembly made up of two large sensors and a smaller one along with Ultra Shot branding and an LED flash. There is also a rather strange logo located in the middle. It is normal that the prototypes or models of telephones have strange symbols so that the model in question is not recognized, but this time nothing seems to indicate that it is a smartphone different from the OnePlus 9 .
According to the screenshots obtained by PhoneArena, the phone works with a chipset called Lahaina, which is nothing more than the code name used for the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 that everyone hopes to find in the best mobile of the brand by 2021. The phone will run Android 11 and has 8GB of RAM, 128GB of on-board storage, and a 4,500mAh battery.
