The truth is that this storage method is increasingly widespread and there are many companies that offer it. The usual thing is that we have a free base space, and to increase it we have to pay. Install local Drive program

Although Google Drive can be used from the web browser, we still have the possibility of installing an application and using it from it. Sometimes this allows us greater comfort, since despite continuing to work in the cloud, we do it from a program that we install on the system like any other. This way, it will not be necessary to use Firefox, Edge or Chrome to access our files from the cloud.

Change display density

Depending on the amount of content that we have stored here, we have the possibility to customize the way they are displayed . This allows us either to see a greater number of files on the screen at the same time, or to see less but with more detail. To do this, we access the Google Drive settings from the gear icon and test the options available in the Density section.

Modify notifications

In that same window, on the left, we find a Notifications tab that we are also interested in customizing. And it is that from it we can specify the elements of this type that we wish to receive when changes occur in the contents of our account. This is very useful if we have certain folders shared with others.
