Once we have the vol off, we will have to press the power button until we see the Huawei logo again, at that moment we release the button and press it while holding down the volume down button. If our problem continues and we have no way to access the smartphone, we can only perform a hard reset that will delete all the files from the smartphone and leave it as the first day. To do this we have to press the power button at the same time as the volume down button, leaving them pressed until we see the Recovery mode appear on the screen.
