Xiaomi continues to nurture its monitor ecosystem with new models. It currently has monitors below even 100 euros, in addition to other ultra-wide gaming, both for sale in Spain. Now, they have announced a new monitor aimed at the gaming public thanks to a refresh rate of 165 Hz, the highest in a Xiaomi monitor .
Those 165 Hz represent the highest refresh rate in a Xiaomi monitor , although it is likely that this year they will surpass themselves because last fall we learned that the company was preparing monitors of 240 and even 360 Hz.

165 Hz, 2 ms, and 95% DCI-P3 – Excellent monitor
For now, we will have to “settle” for a monitor that the only one but that can have is the size. The panel of the Xiaomi Fast LCD Monitor 24.5-inch 165Hz has a size of 24.5 inches and Full HD resolution . The panel is IPS , has a 165 Hz refresh rate and 2 ms GtG response time, and reproduces 100% of the sRGB color space and 95% of DCI-P3 , ideal for photo retouching or video editing.
The panel, despite not having local dimming, does have a fairly good brightness of 400 nits , which is worth it to achieve the VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification . With this, you can enjoy excellent color reproduction, but the HDR experience will not be the best. The delta e is less than 2, so there is a fairly acceptable color accuracy. The contrast is 1000: 1, and we have 178 degrees of vision.

The monitor also has FreeSync , and is G-Sync Compatible , so we can enjoy all the advantages of the variable refresh rate in games to eliminate tearing without input lag.
Its promotional price is only 166 euros
On a physical level, the monitor offers very thin bezels of only 1.6 mm on the sides, although the lower one is somewhat wider. We also have two HDMI 2.0 ports, a DisplayPort 1.2 and a 3.5 mm jack, in addition to the power connector. The included stand has height, tilt and swivel adjustment.
Its price is 1,499 yuan, about 193 euros to change. It will be on sale from June 4, with a promotional price of 1,299 yuan, about 166 euros to change. We do not know when it will leave China, but it would not be strange to see it in Europe this year. Currently, few monitors with these characteristics can lower their price of 200 euros. Among them we find an Acer Nitro VG240YS, which has fewer nits of brightness and slightly less in size, for 197 euros.
