- Real or simulated masturbation.
- Any display of genitalia of any person that is extreme or offensive.
- Real or simulated material featuring bodily fluids commonly secreted during sexual conduct.
All content that fails to comply with any of these points must be eliminated before December 1, 2021 or on another date that the service itself will inform users, and the measures will begin to take effect from October 1, 2021, as indicated in the new specifications of the service.
Why now and so suddenly?
Officially there is no official reason why OnlyFans wanted to take this unexpected turn of the wheel, but the decision coincides after the BBC published a report on the service in which the lack of monitoring and supervision of all content is demonstrated that users upload.
Thus, for example, the report called into question the supervision of possible content involving child sexual content, as well as the creation of user accounts by minors, who access the service with ease.
There is also the long shadow of sexual exploitation, a trend that has become the main source of income for the service and that now after these measures will practically disappear completely.
This sudden decision may be nothing more than a preventive measure for possible severe punishment by regulatory bodies, as the BBC report could raise a serious problem that could lead OnlyFans to the depths of the internet.
