One of the problems that we can find in mobiles occurs when the mobile screen breaks due to a fall or a bad blow. There are many solutions to this problem, but before repairing or buying a new one, we will try to use it. It is possible that the screen continues working although we can hardly see it or vice versa and for these situations there is also a solution.
Before we get nervous or look for quick solutions, we have to make sure that the mobile continues to work and not only the screen has stopped working. If we have indications even if we do not see the screen that it is still on, something that we can check by calling us with another mobile , we will move on to action.
The screen is displayed but does not detect the fingers
This is probably one of the best situations we can find ourselves in because the solutions are simple, fast and effective on any mobile. We will only have to connect the USB input to the mobile of a mouse. With a connector that goes from Micro USB, Type C or Lightning to OTG we will be able to connect both a mouse and a keyboard, to get to do in our mobile everything we want even without the touch capability working.

The screen does not work or is not visible
When the screen of our mobile is not seen but the least the mobile is still on, we are left with the option of trying to duplicate the screen to the computer and control it. In some layers of customization we can even use the mobile with the computer mouse and thus we can carry out all the necessary tasks. First, we will test with a cable connected to the HDMI of the computer, with which we do not need to carry out options on the mobile that we cannot use.
If we use applications like AirDroid, we only have our computer and trust that the mobile is connected to WiFi. Before giving up, we must exhaust all the options we give you to see the mobile screen on the computer, especially if we have important files stored.
Extract all the files you can
In case none of these options has worked, we can try to remove the files. First of all, we extract the MicroSD card , which ensures that we do not lose any data. But the problem comes to extract the rest of the files in case we don’t see the screen. We will have to connect the mobile to the computer and trust that it recognizes it and also the option of USB debugging to be able to remove all the data.
If at least the screen is seen, we can count the mobile to a mouse, access the Settings and activate by default the USB debugging or file transfer mode . After this we will only have to move files to our computer and at least already be sure that the data is safe. Repairing it will be difficult and possibly requires a Hard Reset, so it is better that the files are not in danger.
