And no, we do not mean that TikTok has reached the cinema, which could also see the interest, but that the official application begins to be available on Smart TVs, and to be exact, those of Samsung.

Considering the number of hours some of the youngest spend browsing TikTok, it was to be expected that this movement would sooner or later. And it is produced thanks to an agreement between TikTok and Samsung, since certain models of the company will receive, for now in Europe, the official application through the Samsung Smart TV application store.

The availability of the application will be limited to European territory and, for the moment, its deployment will be done in a staggered manner and little by little by country. The first country to receive the application was the United Kingdom, since there they can already download the application on selected models of the brand.
Little by little over the next few months the brand will continue to hang the application in stores in other countries, so it will be a matter of time until it is available for download in Spain (at the moment there is no specific date of when it will happen) .
Incomprehensibly The Sero will have to wait
Although the application will be compatible with a large number of models, there is one in particular that will make special sense. We are obviously talking about The Sero television, Samsung’s motorized model that is capable of going from a landscape plane to a vertical distribution to consume content specially created for viewing on mobile phones.
For now this model will have to wait, although they assure that it will be in 2021 when the application is available for download. It is something that is certainly surprising, since, having such a peculiar television in the catalog and with such a specific meaning, that an official TikTok application appears and is not available to install it from day one is something that we cannot understand.
Even so, the TikTok application will be available for all those Smart TVs launched from 2018, as well as The Serif, The Frame, 4K and 8K models and The Premiere projector. Now we can only wait until it is available in Spain, something that surely more than one hopes to see with their own eyes as soon as possible.
