This was one of the most popular novelties of Apple‘s presentation given its functionality and it is a small pill that changes shape, providing additional information on different aspects.
Thanks to this function you can quickly consult data , such as incoming notifications, the music you are playing, battery of connected devices, timers and much more. However, it is a peculiarity that is not a novelty at all, since many years ago we already saw it on Android and now a user has brought it back taking advantage of its popularity.
An Android mobile with Dynamic Island
It has been Vaibhav Hain, a developer of Mi Theme , who has implemented this feature on his Xiaomi mobile with Android as the operating system. The individual shows in a small video how the Dynamic Island works in the Google ecosystem, showing the appearance of notifications and music playback in MIUI , that is, the Chinese manufacturer’s software.

The truth is that the result is quite satisfactory, since it manages to completely camouflage the smartphone’s front camera when this dynamic island expands. Apple has not invented anything

Of course, the Cupertino company has known how to get all the juice out of its Dynamic Island and that is why it has generated so much furor in the community. At the moment we have to wait to see how it works and all the possibilities that this option guarantees, but it is not as new as it might seem at first.
