Although this is the best known proposal and it is part of Microsoft‘s Office suite , there are many others available. Simplify texts in presentations

We have just told you that texts are very important elements in these presentations. For this, the programs offer us a huge number of sources from which we can choose. But that does not mean that we use them. What’s more, in this sense it is advisable to use simple and slightly overloaded sources.
In addition, we must try to avoid using many different or font sizes neither too large nor too small. In short, despite everything we have at our fingertips to create magic with texts, success is almost always in simplicity.
Take care of photos and videos in presentations
The projects that we carry out in PowerPoint and similar, in addition to texts, usually add another series of contents that help a lot to give added value to them. Here the images and videos that we make accompany the texts have a special relevance. But yes, we must also take care of these. That is, we must use high-quality photos that do not spoil the appearance of the rest of the project.
The same happens with videos, which must be high definition. We can even use these contents directly from YouTube, which adds a plus to our multimedia presentation.
