SpaceX is a company that never tires of leaving a mark. After the many missions they have done, such as putting satellites that can be seen from Earth into orbit and manufacturing a large number of rockets to carry out different space missions, this time they have gone to more. And it is that the company has completed the construction of the largest space rocket that has ever been developed: the Starship . As the company has said, it is the tallest and most powerful rocket in the history of mankind.
This rocket will be in charge of fulfilling one of the objectives with which humans would make history: visiting Mars . Its dimensions are spectacular, since such a rocket has never been seen before: it has a length of 120 meters and also has a load capacity of 150 tons.

The rocket that will take people to Mars
The mission that will be in charge of this task receives the same name as the rocket. It is planned to carry out tests in order to make the rocket reach a sufficient speed to make an orbit and thus get it back to our planet in a controlled way and without any type of setback.
To make this a reality , the assembly work between the rocket and its propellant has already been completed. The first has a measure of approximately 50 meters , while the second measures almost 70 meters . Then both parts were disassembled to make checks that everything works perfectly.

Although all the pieces have already been put together, there is still no exact date for the launch of the rocket as there are still a number of tasks to complete before any launch.
The propellant will have almost 30 engines and will be in charge of making the rocket propel itself upwards to later return to our planet and be reused for future missions.
Can be used for more flights
The idea is that it is a reusable rocket. This is a technique that the company has already used and that works perfectly , although the exterior of the assembly feels a bit more worn after so many uses.
For its part, the Starship rocket has a total of 6 engines that will also collaborate at takeoff time. In fact, this rocket has on the sides a set of dark plates on one of the sides through which it will pass through the Earth’s atmosphere when it comes to returning to our planet.
The final launch of this rocket will occur within a few weeks or, failing that, months. Be that as it may, it will be a milestone that will undoubtedly be made history once human beings set foot on the red planet.
