If you’re a superhero enthusiast like me, you’re in for a treat. Several brands like Xiaomi, OnePlus, and OPPO have released special edition mobile phones featuring iconic Marvel and DC characters. While many of these models are no longer available for purchase, you might come across them on second-hand platforms if you’re interested in collecting them. Keep in mind that their prices can be a bit steep, but they are a true delight for fans.
These smartphones are unique in every sense of the word simply because they come in limited and exclusive quantities. The only challenge is that some of them may not be officially available in Spain, but many others are. You just need to keep an eye out for the latest mobile company releases and act quickly to grab one before they’re sold out.
No hardware changes
It’s important to mention that, in the majority of cases, these devices typically don’t undergo any hardware or software changes, except for the interfaces or wallpapers they might feature. Among all the special superhero editions, these are the mobile phones that I personally found most appealing.
The Avengers Get Their OPPO Special Edition
Even Earth’s mightiest heroes couldn’t resist a special edition treatment. The OPPO Reno5 from a few years ago had its moment in the spotlight. It was a solid phone, sporting a 90 Hz AMOLED screen, a reliable processor, and a long-lasting battery with 50W charging. Its camera setup was quite diverse as well.
The OnePlus 10T Marvel Edition
Another exclusive mobile edition also hails from Marvel and belongs to the high-end OnePlus 10T, launched last year. This model boasted an adaptive 120 Hz Fluid AMOLED screen and a high-performance chip. It was available only in the Indian market and came in very limited quantities.

Redmi K20 Pro Marvel Hero Limited Edition
Xiaomi is equally enthusiastic about superhero special editions, exemplified by the Redmi K20 Marvel Hero Limited Edition. Unfortunately, it was only available in China, which is a bit disappointing considering that it was the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro that eventually arrived in Spain and became one of the year’s major launches.
The Avengers: Endgame-themed packaging included the mobile phone itself, boasting a striking aesthetic and a blue case, along with a metal collector’s card bearing the movie’s name. Marvel has been one of the most prolific collaborators with manufacturers for launching customized smartphones, particularly in partnership with Xiaomi.
The Asus ROG Phone 6D special Batman edition
While limited editions of mobile phones from the DC universe are relatively scarce, the Batman special edition for the Asus ROG Phone 6D is undeniably remarkable and among the most visually stunning ones I’ve come across. This model is available in Spain and can be purchased for a somewhat higher price, around 1,100 euros, from the brand’s official store. It may seem a bit steep, but it’s definitely worth it.
The package comes in a custom Batman briefcase with a sturdy and durable texture. Inside, you’ll find various devices themed around the Gotham hero, including a case and a SIM card ejector pin. The most intriguing feature is an LED light that projects the Bat-signal to summon Batman. The phone retains its original features with some significant design changes: the logo on the back, a midnight black color, and various wallpapers and options.
