Another of the tests that we have to do is to check if indeed the problem is in the keyboard. Since in many cases it may be due to a touch screen problem, which is beyond our control. The best method is to enter the Diagnostic menu and do the test. To do this, we enter Samsung Members and go to the “Diagnosis” tab. Then we click on “Test hardware” and select Touch screen. It can be an app
