Samsung: How to Share the Internet Using Bluetooth

The world is not well distributed, for that reason, one user may have an infinite data rate, and the other has run out of data in the middle of the month. There are many solutions to be able to continue browsing, but none are as supportive as a friend or relative lending us their Internet by creating a Network Anchor. Today we are going to see how it can be done on Samsung mobiles, but taking advantage of a technology such as Bluetooth .

Samsung: How to Share the Internet Using Bluetooth

Sharing our Internet connection through the Wi-Fi or data network to which we are connected is very common. When you have guests at home or when we are away from home, sharing or sharing “data” can be vital for many when we need to be connected. However, sometimes the first classic method requires the other user to enter a password as with traditional Wi-Fi, something that we will save with this option.

Tethering with Bluetooth

Samsung mobiles allow the classic network anchoring, which allows us to share our connection with other mobiles. But an alternative and quick way to do it is via Bluetooth . In this way, we will be able to share both mobile data and Wi-Fi Internet through this connection.

The first thing we will have to do is swipe up to access the applications panel. Then click on Settings and go to the connections section. Once done, click on “Mobile Hotspot and Network Anchor”. Once inside we activate the Bluetooth network anchor option.

Connect the other device

Keep in mind that to carry out this type of network anchoring, it is necessary that the external device is already linked by Bluetooth to our Samsung Galaxy, as if it were another Bluetooth device, that is, next to the list of headphones or car hands-free. Then we tap on the gear wheel icon, to allow access to our connection or connect to your network.

Unlink when done

In this step, we can be the ones who compare the Internet or the ones who connect to a network. If we are the ones who have an Internet connection, we must click on the Switch that says “Internet Access”. Now, the other device connected to our equipment via Bluetooth, can also have our Internet connection. To end the connection, you just have to touch “Unlink”.
