How to use Portabella
The first thing we have to do is enter their website and create an account . They will ask us for our e-mail address, then put the password and another key to protect the session. From there we can create our first project.
In the first window we will see the button to create a new project , among other things. We simply have to fill in the data and configure it as we are most interested. Put the name of the project, add possible collaborators, etc.
We will see that options such as the calendar , team members, boards, lists appear … We can manage all this as we want. Also, as we have indicated, everything is perfectly encrypted from end to end.
We can assign tasks that we must carry out and modify the progress. A way to always have everything in mind. Also labels to the task that we have created, descriptions, assign certain actions to group members, etc.
It also has a project configuration section where we can choose certain options. In the settings, we can create new tags for the project and also manage team members. Of course, before we can perform actions such as adding members to that project we must verify the account, we must verify that our e-mail is the one we entered.
