Being before a terminal considered inexpensive, and that offers good quality / price ratio, the Poco X3 NFC already has a good handful of users who share their sorrows and joys in the different specialized forums. One of the failures that most brings its owners head, is the one that has to do with the “yellow screen” , the color that the mobile screen becomes when browsing the web, specifically from the Chrome browser, the most used by users.

Yellow Screen Solution

The problem seems to be in some kind of software incompatibility between the Google browser and the Poco X3 NFC. As some expert users have revealed, it causes the HDR of the screen to activate, although others have attributed it to an activation of the Reading Mode. In any case and while the long-awaited update arrives that makes this not happen , the people of XiaomiAdictos have found a kind of temporary solution that seems to be working.

  • Search we are looking for Dynamic color gamut
  • This option will be in Default, but we will have to change it to Disabled.
  • To finish, click on the bottom blue button that says “Relaunch”
  • Chrome will start again and the problem will be resolved.

And the definitive solution?

We are facing a kind of temporary “patch” that fixes this problem, which should not be given . Many users have already reported this problem to Xiaomi, although we do not know if the update has to come from Chrome or from Xiaomi itself. In any case, given the number of people affected with this problem, the solution is likely to be falling. Another temporary solution may be to change the browser, but it is very uncomfortable for many users due to the active synchronization of this browser with all their accounts and applications.
