The OnePlus 9 are just around the corner and, less than two weeks after its presentation, we already know almost all its features. Today we go further and, thanks to the guys at Winfuture , we can put a face to the two devices that we will officially meet on March 24.
Remember that this time the main novelty of the series will be in its camera, probably the main weak point of some phones that have always focused tricks on performance or screen characteristics. The association with Hasselblad is the push that fans of the brand demanded and it is expected that it will make the phones compete with the rest of the great mobile phones for photographers, such as the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra and the OPPO Find X3 Pro is presented in a few hours.
OnePlus 9 Pro, 4 cameras and curved screen
The top of the range sports a 6.7-inch screen that offers a front camera in the upper left part of the panel and a panel format curved towards the rear. Unlike Samsung, for example, OnePlus is encouraged to arch the OLED screen somewhat less than normal, at least on its top model.
Of course, the camera module on the back, which has been developed with the support of Swedish high-end camera specialist Hasselblad, is quite eye-catching, with two sensors larger than the other two. The focus is on the Sony IMX766 and Sony IMX789, two extremely powerful camera sensors equipped with FreeForm lenses and a resolution of 50 or 48 megapixels to ensure high quality images. This module is completed with two other sensors and laser autofocus.
Of course, the slider to mute the phone and a metal frame are still present, which, like the OnePlus 8 Pro, is intended to ensure a good degree of resistance to bumps and scratches.
This OnePlus 9 Pro will be launched in the colors black, green and silver.

Of course, as it follows the design line of the OnePlus 8, the OnePlus 9 5G sports a smaller screen, 6.5 inches and completely flat. Keeping the perforation for the front camera, the phone also seems to bring another change, to dispense with the housing with a metal frame and go for plastic to lower the selling cost of the phone as Samsung did with the S21.
Unlike the Pro model, the “normal” version of the OnePlus 9 also has a glossy rear, which will be available in black, blue and purple, but with a camera module with one less sensor. Unfortunately we do not know if the main two will be the same in both models.
