These days we are talking quite long and hard about a new smartphone that seems to be Motorola‘s bid to wage war on the high-end in 2021. Little by little more information is coming out of what would be the Motorola Nio, a phone equipped with a high rate of soda and a Snapdragon 865 processor.
It has been the TechnikNews media who seems to have received exclusive information about one of the great phones that will hit the market next year signed by the technology brand. At first we thought it was the Motorola Edge 2 but it is being developed with the code name “Nio”. Based on the information obtained, this render has also been developed:

Possible characteristics of this Motorola Nio
The leaked technical data indicates that, as expected, we are before a flagship, but that it will mount the best Qualcomm processor of 2020, and not 2021. We are talking about the Snapdragon 865 CPU, which would power the device along with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. There are also indications of a 12 GB / 256 GB model, but it is something that today cannot be confirmed 100% either.
We already know almost everything about the screen because it will show a Full HD + resolution of 1080 × 2520 px with a high refresh rate that we talked about less than 24 hours ago, which could reach 105 Hz. We don’t know anything about the size.
In the imaging department it seems that we have a set of lenses with a 64MP OmniVision “OV64B” sensor serving as the primary camera after being tested on the Moto G9 Power or Plus. The second sensor, which will most likely be an ultra wide angle, also comes from OmniVision and is the 16MP “ov16a10” sensor. The third sensor on the back is the 2MP depth sensor, which is called “ov02b1b”. At the moment it is early to know if the firm will choose to add a telephoto lens to the set. Moving to the front of the device, here we would find two cameras that would adopt the hole-in-screen format. This front camera would be configured with a 16 MP sensor (OV16A1Q) and an 8MP sensor from Samsung (S5K4H7), which are already present, for example, in some Sony phones.
Other leaked features of the smartphone is that it will be compatible with two SIM cards and will have the latest version of Google’s operating system, Android 11, on board.
