We knew that Medal of Honor would release a new installment focused on virtual reality. With the name of Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond , the game would arrive on PC and the Oculus platform, but now we have been able to know some details of its spectacular multiplayer mode.
With glasses already crazy

You just have to take a look at its new promotional video to discover that this is a very special game that has taken care of every last detail. And is that launching a shooter specially designed to play with virtual reality glasses is not something simple, but if you also want to include a multiplayer mode, things get complicated.
At Respawn Entertainment they have decided to include a large list of game modes that will allow us to experience different proposals
- Mad Bomber : Get the highest score with bomb kills and bomb defusing.
- Domination: Control an area against opponents.
- Team Deathmatch : The classic team deathmatch . The one with the lowest accumulations wins.
- Deathmatch: Individual mode in which the player with the highest number of casualties (all against all) will achieve victory.
- Blast Radius : A pitched battle between players who will only carry a rocket launcher as their main weapon.
As the official trailer shows, it seems that we will enjoy some interesting mechanics based on the possibilities of virtual reality, since we will be able to catch grenades on the fly to return them or look for bombs placed in the most unexpected corners.
The return of a classic

This new installment of Medal of Honor will be one more attempt to take the franchise to what it managed to do a few years ago. Call of Duty managed to take center stage in this war games, but now Medal of Honor seems to try to bet on virtual reality with an extremely interesting and apparently well-designed proposal.
A genre that needs a big bet
Shooters for virtual reality to many, and they are not bad at all, but if they present us with a AAA title like this Medal of Honor developed by a weight company such as Respawn Entertainment, the result could serve to put not only the Medal of Honor saga, but also the virtual reality industry that still needs a boost to get noticed and gain credibility among the general public.
