LG has presented new laptop models in Spain, two of them in the increasingly popular convertible format, and a curious portable monitor that attaches to any device via USB-C.

6 new models of LG gram 2022
LG has presented today in Spain its new catalog of ultralight laptops from the “LG gram” range. These will have a total of six different configurations in our country, with four different IPS panel screen sizes and two 2-in-1 convertible options.

All these models come with a 12th generation Inter Core processor and have been certified within the Intel Evo platform. This year, the notebooks in the range have also upgraded their SSDs to the latest NVme Gen4 and include low-voltage LPDDR5 RAM capable of 22% higher performance than 2021 models, achieving speeds of 5200MHz.
These four notebooks are complemented by two 14-inch and 16-inch convertible 2-in-1s , which can go from laptop to tablet in seconds, and include pre-installed drawing and note apps optimized for your LG Stylus Pen (Wacom AES 2.0).

This 2022 range will also integrate Mirametrix’s LG Glance , a software solution with innovative artificial intelligence that strengthens the security and improves the usability of the LG gram. LG Glance automatically locks the screen if the user moves away from the laptop or alerts the user and blurs the content if it detects that someone is looking at the screen over their shoulder.

16-inch portable monitor with separate case
All this new catalog is complemented by the LG gram +view , a portable monitor with an independent case that connects via USB-C to expand the workstation and can be placed next to a laptop with a horizontal or vertical orientation that can be modified with the application. OnScreen Control to integrate perfectly with the new features of the LG gram of 2022 (although it is also compatible with other devices with that type of USB).

In order not to strain the cable, USB Type-C ports are on both sides , accommodating various additional display configurations. This monitor incorporates a 16-inch IPS WQXGA panel with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels and is capable of reproducing a color range of 99% according to the DCI-P3 standard.
The +view portable monitor is now available in Spain from 349 euros .
