Go for a few hours to talk about desserts, especially when some of us have not even had breakfast. Without eating it or drinking it (pun intended) and almost a year before it is presented, the name of Android 13, successor to the current Google operating system, would have already leaked.
While Android 12 is just around the corner, and should see the light in its final version, outside the beta period, in just two months, right now the eyes are on Android 13 . The reason is none other than the leak of its name, which, as usual, refers to a dessert.
Tiramisu for Android 13
Google seems to have established that the internal code name for Android 13 is “Tiramisu”, although the general public, as has happened since Android 10, will know it by its numerical figure. According to a comment in the AOSP Google has decided that the next version of Android 13 will receive the name of this dessert.
Recall that it hasn’t been long since Google used to call the versions of its mobile operating system a dessert name, and the tradition continued for about a decade. But with the arrival of Android Q, Google decided to disrupt this tradition and rebranded Android to the avatar we see today. However, these dessert code names are still used internally.
If you are a true passionate about cooking, you will surely know that tiramisu is an Italian dessert with a coffee flavor and is often presented in the form of cakes, ice creams and other desserts. Now it will be the first time that it is presented in the form of “ones and zeros”.

Currently, although we have 13 versions of Android, there have been many more nomenclatures for Google software. It all started with Android 1.5, followed by numerous famous desserts.
