To be able to introduce a new value of our weight we must follow the following steps:

  1. On the iPhone we will enter the application ‘Health’.
  2. At the bottom we will click on the ‘Explore’ tab.
  3. We will observe different categories of health that we invent to explore. We will focus on ‘Body measurements’ .
  4. We will observe that there are different body measurements with the latest data entered and also in which there is no data. In this case to enter a new weight we will access ‘Weight’.
  5. Here we will have a series of graphs with all the data entered and in the upper right corner we will click on ‘Add data’ .
  6. Enter the weight of kg, in addition to the day and time of data collection and click on ‘Add’ in the upper right corner.
