However, it has been years since USB-C gained greater relevance and gained ground, but it seems that Apple is reluctant to adopt it in its iPhone. USB-C is very present in Apple
If we remove the iPhone and iPod touch from the equation, the USB Type-C standard is very present throughout the Apple ecosystem. Better never be late
Here’s what Apple should think about when it comes to implementing USB-C on iPhones. Apple should have included it many years ago, even if it was slightly later than its main competitors. However, something makes us think that the company had in mind a revolution that has not finally finished arriving when we are already entering 2021.
For some time this year was set as the one chosen by the Californian brand to eliminate the ports of its iPhone in favor of wireless technology. This, incidentally, would also favor a greater resistance of the iPhone to water by closing one of the main holes through which water could enter, although the speakers and microphones would still be. The fact that MagSafe technology was also released in the latest generation of iPhone makes these plans even more evident, and could have been a symbolic first step towards the iPhone without cables.
