There are two ways to get Office on your Android phone or tablet:

- Or install the applications individually depending on the one you need.
You can download them from your mobile from the link we provide or search for them in the App Store by name. Once you find them and choose the ones you want to have, or just the first, you must hit Install to have them on your device. You will then be logged in and can start using them once they open. It is very simple.
How to set up and use the Office apps on your mobile
To be able to work from anywhere with the office automation tool, all you have to do is use the application or applications that you have downloaded . You can sign in with a free account or a 365 or education account.
As soon as you enter the Office app, it will ask you if you want to get a free month of subscription with Microsoft, but you can say no and continue. Anyway, you can do this whenever you want from the same app. If you do and take advantage of this free subscription you will have additional features, but if you do not want to pay, remember to cancel the subscription before the day of renewal.
Open Office or the app you’re interested in and sign in with your account. If you don’t have one, you’ll have to create one for free. If you don’t want to buy a subscription plan say maybe later and that you want to use them without a subscription. If you have other apps installed, your OneDrive account and files will be added automatically. If you want to open another account , you will have to go to Open and Add a site. If you use OneNote , go to Settings and accounts. Choose the cloud service you want to add, your email, password and that’s it.
Get started with Office mobile
Once you have given this app to open and log in, you will find a large number of possibilities. You can see above a menu where you can download the most recent files, the open, media, PDF, Word and more. You can also search files, check the most recent, notes, other documents. Above you will have another menu in red with activity, open, change subscription and search. In your photo or profile you will find more possibilities, such as adding a new account, switching to premium, settings, exploring other apps, etc.
If you open any document , you can start reading it and working with it if you want. At the bottom you can select the view that interests you and share, at the top you can open files, you will have editing options so you can edit the document and in the 3 points at the top right from there you can share, save, save as, read aloud , access titles and history or the corresponding option depending on the app used. Explore the possibilities offered by each of them.
If you do it from the specific app, you just have to click open and from there a menu with recent, shared and open documents will appear at the bottom. You will be able to see the documents, edit them, share them and whatever you want with the application that interests you. You can check its menu to see the possibilities it offers you for free or with your subscription if you have it.
