Before looking for other causes, we can take a look at the tools that Huawei offers us. In this case, we will have to enter HiCare, which is an app to help the user natively present in the Chinese firm’s mobiles. Then, we enter the Diagnostic menu and click on the Bluetooth problems . Once we press, the test will start and the mobile will carry out a test automatically. If an error is found with Bluetooth, we will be offered possible solutions.
Bluetooth does not connect
Restart the mobile
It is the best and fastest option to try to solve the problem. In the event that a corrupt app or file is interfering with Bluetooth, preventing its connection. Restarting the mobile may be the solution. For this we will turn off the Bluetooth first and then leave the power button of our terminal pressed. Then we click on “restart” and we test the connection again when the mobile connects.
Reset network settings
Within the Network Settings of our Huawei mobile, we can reset the settings to try to make the Bluetooth connection work properly again . This will erase any previous settings and paired devices. It is a good method when our Bluetooth is saturated with devices and begins to give connection errors. Keep in mind that data related to other connections such as Wi-Fi will also be reset.
Control the distance

Incompatibility
It is possible that the two devices are incompatible with each other. This may be due to the Bluetooth version or the operating system, so it will be necessary to verify that the phones or devices to which they must be connected are compatible with it.
Pairing mode
The connection will not be possible, if either of the two devices does not have Bluetooth connected or pairing mode connected . It is possible that “Visibility mode” does not appear on your Huawei mobile, but it may be necessary to activate it on the other device, in addition to activating Bluetooth. Weak Bluetooth or lost signal

Start from scratch
Sometimes it is best to erase the entire system by returning it to factory settings to free up its memory and achieve first day performance. If nothing has worked, it is possible that the Bluetooth works again correctly , making the mobile work as if it were just out of the box. To reset our mobile to factory settings we will have to go to Settings / System and click on Reset. Once the password is entered, the terminal will restart and when we turn it on again, it should have a good Bluetooth connection.
