You should know that once you have access you can do many things, from changing the passwords to putting another more original or secure name, choosing the band that interests you, checking if there are any intruders, updating the firmware or configuring any of the parameters of the WiFi connection without having to have a computer.
Do it from the browser
One of the easiest ways, and that does not require downloading or preparing anything, to use the WiFi router from your mobile is to do it from your browser. All you have to do is copy this IP address: 192.168.1.1. This may vary depending on your company or Internet service, so if it doesn’t work, find out what the IP address is to access the router.
How to do it step by step:
- Check that your mobile is connected to this WiFi connection
- Open the browser you want, it can be Chrome or any other
- In the address bar write 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 (if it is another it may appear in the router)
- Accept or enter
- A login screen will appear
- You must write your username and password or just password (these data are written under your router , unless you have changed them)
- Give check or accept and you will enter directly into your router

From mobile settings (Samsung)
There are some mobiles that offer you the possibility of directly accessing your router, as is the case with Samsung in some of its models. What you can do in this case is go to the mobile settings, to the network options and look if you find the Configure router option.
You will be able to access your modem panel from there. You may also not find it because your mobile does not have this setting, but it is worth checking it out because it is very simple to use and without having to install anything.

You may also want to configure the router from your mobile with one of the applications from the different manufacturers on the market, so you just have to go to your Play Store, App Store or the corresponding application store and search for it to see if it appears. With this app you can manage your WiFi brand router from your mobile.
There are other apps for each brand, and you can search for them in the app store of your mobile or the manufacturer itself will indicate it, although it is not usual for companies and routers that give us free to have their own app.
