You can create a seller’s store on Amazon if you have a product that you want to sell to the platform’s customers. Of course, you must meet some requirements and follow a series of previous steps.
To sell on Amazon you can pay a monthly subscription that will give you the right to have an online store within the store itself with a series of advantages. There are several plans and prices that we will explain later and that will depend on the volume of sales or a series of benefits that you can obtain in return.
What can you sell?

Although with some restrictions. For example, during the Christmas period and from the month of November there are restrictions when it comes to selling toys or games, for example. There are also restrictions if you are going to sell products on Amazon in some categories such as computers or electronics and you will need authorization.

States and authorization
You will have to choose one of the twenty available categories that you can find detailed on the Amazon website and where you will see a table that will specifically indicate types of products, allowed states or whether or not it requires authorization.
There are several types of states allowed to sell although it will depend on the category you choose that you can bet on one or the other:

Some categories will only allow you to sell new products on Amazon , others will allow the previous four or others will only allow new or second-hand.
You will also need authorization , as we have explained before, in some categories. As you can see in the table, you may need authorization in watches, in jewelry, in health and personal care, in clothing, in beauty or in food and beverages.
Selling on Amazon: Price and Plans
To sell products on Amazon and create a seller store, you need to pay a monthly subscription or pay a fee when you sell something. There are two types of sellers on Amazon: Individual seller and Pro seller. In the first case, it is designed to sell small quantities and it is estimated that it is recommended to sell less than 40 items per month. In the second, to sell more.
The main difference between individual seller and Pro seller is that in the former you will pay only when you sell something but in the Pro you will pay a monthly subscription that will allow you to sell whatever you want without having to pay a closing fee. What are the differences between a Pro seller and an individual one? The former can sell products in all categories and the individual cannot. In addition, you can add new products to the catalog and all of them will include the 1-click purchase function. You can also upload your inventory or access order reports. Other advantages that both options do share is the possibility of assistance against fraud or assistance to the sellers of the products in case of any problem.
The Pro Seller subscription is 39 euros per month + VAT . That is, 44 euros per month with a commission for each product you sell and that varies according to the categories, as we have explained in the previous paragraphs and you can check the table. The subscription is effective as soon as you register as a seller on Amazon but you can cancel it at any time if the store is not doing well or you want to stop selling, there is no type of permanence to continue selling.
How to register your store on Amazon
The first thing you will have to do is register, but first, choose what you want to sell and how you want to sell it, based on the two previous sections. That is, before registering your store on Amazon you have to choose one of the twenty previous categories and choose the sales plan, with or without a subscription fee.
Once you have decided all of the above, you can register and start.

- Fill in all the data until you finally create your store
After registration
As explained from Amazon.com, once you have registered you will have to publish your inventory and sell your products. You can add products to the Amazon catalog whether they are there or not. That is, you can search for products that are already on Amazon.com, choose how many you have, the status, and the shipping options. Or you can register new products giving all the characteristics like UPC / EAN code, reference number, description and title.
When you have everything organized, you can start selling. Amazon offers users a series of tools that allow you to manage orders, have order reports and organize all shipments.
