It seems that Uncharted or HBO‘s adaptation of The Last of Us is not enough for Sony, which has decided to take another of its best-known sagas to turn it into a film. It is a franchise in which a line of dialogue beyond the roars of supercar engines is yet to be seen, and to which well-known faces of a very diverse nature are joining.
A very attractive cast
David Harbor , an actor that you will surely recognize from projects such as the well-known series Stranger Things or for giving life to the Red Guardian in the Marvel movie, Black Widow , was one of the first to join this project for one of the main roles in the film . In this way, the interpreter will give life to the mentor who is going to train the protagonist in the world of racing (who will be played by Archie Madekwe -actor in the See series-), as if from a car version of Mr. Miyagi from The Karate Kid were treated. Or better yet, a Doc Hudson training Lightning McQueen. For those familiar with Harbour’s work, it won’t seem strange that he plays the role of a “father figure” , since in both Stranger Things and Black Widow he serves as a protector to both Eleven and Natasha in the Marvel film.

The Gran Turismo movie is expected to be released in theaters on August 11, 2023 , although at the moment there is no official confirmation of what the release date will be in our country.
