DocuSign: Sign Documents and Send Them Without Printing

Signing a document by hand in a company may require valuable time that we do not have. These acts that traditionally have to be done in person can reduce the productivity of our business but thanks to the DocuSign application we can sign a multitude of documents of hundreds of pages without having to print them sign at the end and scan. This application is undoubtedly ideal for a small business in which all employees register and be able to exchange documents in a very simple way.

Sign, seal and deliver documents thanks to DocuSign

When you open the application for the first time you must register or log in if it is your first time in DocuSign. You must indicate professional data such as your company or the position since as we say it is a tool that is very intended for companies. This is logical because in companies it is where more documents are signed throughout the days and it is also where signatures are needed from people who may not be in the office but on work trips. With DocuSign it doesn’t matter where you are since with the iPad or iPhone you can sign in a really comfortable way.

In the free version we can export unlimited documents for free from different cloud platforms such as Dopbox or Google Drive and shape our signature. Once signed we can send it via email in PDF format giving us the possibility to fill in the document if we are talking about a form.

Although the magic of this application is to be able to send the documents through the app itself to our colleagues. If we have a document that needs someone’s signature, we will simply have to send it internally specifying the email or with which the person we want to sign in the application is registered in addition to the name, position and company.

Once we have sent it, this person will come out as soon as you open the app on their computers and you can sign it comfortably with signatures that we can have saved or doing it with the same finger or Apple Pencil at the time.

DocuSign

As we say, this application includes a free version with unlimited document shipments with access to the main clouds to be able to export files for your signature. But if we want to get the most out of it we can go for the premium plan. It is true that this plan is very designed for small businesses that require the signing of documents almost daily. But if you are a ‘basic’ user, this application can undoubtedly serve you to sign your day-to-day documents and send it in PDF format via email.
