  • Go to your WhatsApp application on your mobile phone

On iOS

  • Go to the WhatsApp application on your iPhone

  • Check that your question does not appear in the frequently asked questions
  • Your email will automatically open to answer your questions

WhatsApp has a contact page that allows you to contact the different support teams depending on whether you have one version or another, depending on what you need. You just have to go to the WhatsApp support page and choose who to contact:

  • WhatsApp Messenger support

  • WhatsApp Enterprise Solutions

Choose the option you want from the above to contact WhatsApp and solve the question you have. If you are a “normal” user of the application, click on WhatsApp Messenger Support right on the link in the word “contact us”. Once you are inside, you will have to write the code of your country (+34 in the case of Spain) and your phone number. And you must choose the method from which you go:
