One more day we continue to face two phones of the most complete mid-range, and at the same time economical. We talk about the POCO M3 and OPPO A9 of 2020 , two of the best-selling phones on Amazon in recent months. And for a reason it will be, especially for its excellent performance and price ratio, that we face now.
Two terminals that for little money offer us more than what most mobile users in the market may need. Two phones with good screens, powerful processors, cameras to match, and big batteries.
Screen and dimensions
In this aspect there are many similarities, the POCO M3 has a 6.53-inch screen with Full HD + resolution and a notch in the shape of a drop of water.

For its part, the OPPO A9 2020 has a 6.5-inch screen , although with less resolution, HD + , and with a notch in the form of a drop of water. The dimensions are similar too, at 162.3 x 77.3 x 9.6mm with a weight of 198 grams on the POCO, and 163.6 x 75.6 x 9.1mm with a weight of 195 grams on the OPPO.

Performance and memory
Both have similar processors, the POCO a Snapdragon 662, which is heir to the classic Snapdragon 665 with which the OPPO has , two good processors for the mid-range.

Both are accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. They are therefore quite well equipped in this regard.
Photo camera
Here the OPPO has one more sensor, in fact it has a quad camera . With a 48 megapixel main sensor, and accompanied by an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle, a 2 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel depth sensor.

In the case of POCO we have a triple camera , with a 48 megapixel main sensor, accompanied by a 2 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel depth sensor. In front, the POCO’s camera is 8 megapixels, and the OPPO’s has twice the resolution, with 16 megapixels .

Battery, connectivity and software
In this aspect we are facing two mobiles with large batteries, although the POCO is huge. This has no less than 6000mAh and a load of 18W. While the OPPO offers a fairly large one, 5000mAh, and a 10W charge.

Both have Bluetooth 5.0, as well as a USB type C connector, FM Radio and very importantly, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac that allows them to be connected to 5GHz Wi-Fi networks. Both have Android 10 as the operating system, under the MIUI 12 layer and ColorOS. An important point in favor of the POCO is that it still has almost two full years of updates ahead, while the OPPO has already been behind it for a year.

Price and conclusion
We are facing two mobiles with good prices, and that stand out in different aspects. The POCO has a higher resolution screen, and a somewhat more modern processor, as well as a larger battery. The OPPO especially stands out in its cameras, has one more behind, and the front doubles in resolution to that of the POCO. The POCO is a significantly cheaper mobile than the OPPO, so a priori it would be the winning phone , but you must not lose sight of the OPPO, since if you care about photography, it is worth investing something more in it.
