5 Spider-Man villains who haven't appeared

Spider-Man has become over the years one of the most beloved superheroes in the entire MCU. We have seen it in comics, animated series, Spider-Man games and, of course, in his movies. And, how could it be otherwise, he has always been accompanied by a more or less worthy opponent who tried to overshadow or complicate his work. But of course, if we look only at the enemies who have stepped on the big screen, the scheme still falls a little short. For this reason, today we have compiled 5 villains that have not yet appeared in the Spider-Man movies and that you should already know.

Chameleon

The first of the Spider-Man enemies that we want to introduce you is, in turn, one of the most classic in the comics of this character. It’s about Chameleon , which first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man Vol . 1 # 1.

His real name was Dmitri Smerdyakov, a boy with a complicated childhood who ended up becoming a criminal when he grew up. His powers consist of possessing the ability to transform into any person or quasi-human form to impersonate his identity. In addition, it is capable of perfectly imitating any voice or gesture to enhance the effects.

This caused more of a problem to Spider-Man when he impersonated him to carry out a theft of certain American secrets. Or, also, when he discovered the identity of Peter Parker and tried to harm his family.

Jackal

On the other hand, arriving a little later in the plot of the comics, we have El Chacal . This one first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1 # 3. It is about a being half man half human with certain powers such as: super speed, strength, heightened senses and regeneration. Come on, as if it were some kind of werewolf.

Although this character was not always a bloodthirsty monster. It was Miles Warren, a geneticist who managed to create hybrid beings between animals and humans until they discovered him in the place where he worked.

One of these monsters managed to escape and assassinate Warren’s family. To put his past behind him, he moved to New York where he ended up being Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy’s biology professor at university. He ended up falling in love with Gwen and, after her death, accused Spider-Man of being completely responsible. To try to get revenge for what Spider-Man had done, he altered his genes to transform himself into The Jackal.

Kraven the hunter

We continue with Kraven the Hunter , who made his way to the comics in Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1 # 15. Born in Russia, he grew up in a family that little by little lost the money and status it had in the past. To try to remedy the situation, Kraven went hunting big game but with a code of no firearms.

A short time later, he took a potion from a sorcerer that gave him super strength, enhanced senses, and many others that allowed him to be a better hunter. He later set his target on one of the most difficult prey: Spider-Man.

Kingpin

Among these villains we also have Kingpin , the crime lord in New York, who arrived in the Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 1 # 50 .

He is a giant man whose body is made entirely of pure muscle. A very important man in organized crime in New York, who tried to assassinate Spider-Man on several occasions and almost succeeded when he had him killed from prison. Kingpin is also related to many other super players, such as Daredevil among others.

Morlun

Last but not least is Morlun . He debuted in Amazing Spiderman Vol. 2 , # 30 alongside the heirs . They are supernatural creatures from a family of vampires that feed on arachnid power.

Peter Parker is one of the totems (beings that possess the power of the spider and the human) and, since Monlun saw him in person for the first time, it became an obsession for him. In addition, from that moment on this vampire was able to locate him anywhere Peter was.
