Xbox Game Pass and EA Play Launch Alliance on November 10

We already know the exact date on which the marriage between Xbox Game Pass and EA Play will be certified. And yes, as we suspected, EA’s library will join the existing Xbox Game Pass library on the same day that Microsoft‘s new consoles hit stores: November 10.

Games to bore

Xbox Game Pass and EA Play

What a combo. What until now worked as an independent service for 3.99 euros per month (24.99 euros per year), will be integrated into the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription at no cost. This is something that we already knew, but the news is that now we know exactly when it will happen, and that is that Microsoft will expand its service on November 10, just to launch the arrival of Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

This means that, if you already have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate account, the day you buy the new console you can play FIFA 21 for 10 hours completely free of charge. If the new installment of the simulator convinces you, you can buy at a discount, and if not, you can continue exploring EA’s library in search of some of its other titles, whether they are recent releases (which you can play for 10 hours) or old glories that they never die.

Let’s remember that EA’s library currently has more than 60 games of all kinds, so added to the endless list of Xbox Game Pass, the end result is an endless collection with which you can hardly get bored when it comes to releasing your console .

Also in xCloud

Project xCloud

The best thing is that Microsoft has confirmed that “some of the best EA Play games” will also be available on xCloud, so it is possible that you can continue playing FIFA from your Android mobile or ending the Battlefiled campaign that you had for in front of.

On PC we will have to wait

The date of November 10 is related to Game Pass accounts for the console, as PC users will have to wait until December to access the EA catalog from Windows 10 computers.

New games hit the Xbox catalog

Taking advantage of the confirmation of the arrival of EA Play, Microsoft has also wanted to announce the games that will arrive this October at its service, some news that will be starred, as we knew, by DOOM Eternal, thus being the first game to enter the catalog after the purchase of Bethesda. The rest of the games that are added to the service with the following:

  • Doom Eternal – October 1: Console, Android
  • Drake Hollow (ID @ Xbox) – October 1: PC
  • Brütal Legend – October 8: Console
  • Forza Motorsport 7 – October 8: Console, PC, Android

Like every month, there will be goodbyes, and these are the games that will come out of the service:

  • Felix the Reaper (Console & PC)
  • Metro 2033 Redux (Console & PC)
