Who will be the villain of She-Hulk: Lawyer Hulka?

Who will be the villain of She-Hulk: Lawyer Hulka

After the first trailer for the She-Hulk: Lawyer She-Hulk series, fans find themselves divided for the umpteenth time so far this year. There are those who praise Marvel for venturing to explore a comedy series with legal overtones (an entire genre with a long tradition in the US), while others think it is another project without the slightest interest… in addition to having a lousy cgi.

Are we still with the multiverse?

However, one aspect that few can complain about the series is the number of characters that are going to appear. Without going any further, we will have back Mark Ruffalo playing the Hulk again, Abomination with the great Tim Roth at the controls and, although it has not been confirmed officially but by a leak, Benedict Wong in the role of the charismatic Wong , who was recently seen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness .

But what comic fans are most excited about is the number of strange characters it looks like we’re going to get in this nine-part series. If we analyze the trailer, we can see that our leading lawyer will have to deal with villains like Titania, She-Hulk’s archenemy, who boasts enormous strength and will be played by actress Jameela Jamil; or Frog Man, a small time thief with a frog suit that allows him to jump great heights and who has appeared occasionally within the Spider-Man stories. It is to be imagined that, as Jennifer Walters dedicates herself to any legal matter related to people who have special abilities, it will be inevitable that she will be mixed up with these very peculiar heroes / villains .

A very sharp villain

But without a doubt, the character that has caught our attention the most in the series is the Porcupine Man. According to The Cosmic Circus, we will see a villain dressed as a porcupine within the series, although it is currently unknown who would be in the suit, since in the comics only two people have dared to interpret under this mantle: Alexander Gentry and Roger Gocking. This ridiculous villain has faced authentic Marvel legends such as Ant-Man or the Fantastic Four on numerous occasions. Doesn’t sound very scary does it?

Porcupine, from Marvel.

One question that connoisseurs of comics ask themselves is whether this Porcupine Man will be one of the main villains of the series or if he will just be one of those character-jokes that Marvel presents us from time to time, like the false Mandarin from Iron Man. 3 or Ralph Bohner in WandaVision . Although if in the end it turns out that this Porcupine Man is a main villain, we should start to fear it since Marvel Studios is a specialist in turning (apparently) ridiculous characters into renowned heroes. Just remember the cases of Groot or Rocket.

Now all we have left is to wait for next August 17 to meet the powerful She-Hulk and her peculiar gallery of villains. And you? Are you looking forward to seeing these strange villains within the series?
