To make the process even more complete in the Support application itself, we have an added option that allows us to request the attention of a specialist in the service center from the mobile . For now, this option is only available in the centers that Huawei itself has and not in derived services, although the system is designed so that in the future more centers can make an appointment in the same way.

To carry it out, we will only have to enter the option “Appointment for repair”. Inside, it will ask us for as much information as possible about our device, including the serial number, which can also be automatically identified if we have a Huawei account associated with the mobile. We will have to specify what happens to the mobile and give contact information, as well as choose the technical service where we want to approach personally. Later we choose the date and time and finally they will give us all the details about the attention we will receive with the intention of fixing the Huawei mobile with specialists and also answering our questions.
