Once we start Vov Music Player it will ask us to choose a directory from when we start listening to our music. Once selected the program will begin to play the songs that are in it. Now we will only have a small window from where the songs are played. Here we will find the basic functions that we will need, such as Play, Pause, Stop, skip songs, rewind or skip forward. There’s no need for much more.
At the top of the window we find two lines. The one on the left is the volume indicator, while the one on the right is to advance or rewind the song to our liking. We also find a so-called Select Source from which we can choose another directory from which we have more files that we want to listen to. Right next to it we will find the Add to Favorites option, where we can add the song we are listening to to our favorites. All the songs that we mark as favorites can be exported as a .txt text file.
This application is always kept in the background, even if we close the desktop window. If we click on the taskbar icon with the right button, a menu will be displayed where we will find some additional functions . Here we will find the List and within the Favorites option, which is where all the songs that we have previously selected as favorites are stored. When you press, a menu will appear with your favorite songs with the possibility of exporting it in a txt file with the name you choose. It is a good option to have a list with all the songs that we like the most so that we can later share them.
Inside the Settings folder, we find the options to deactivate the notifications of the songs, something quite recommended since they are usually somewhat annoying if we are working with the computer. When activated, a notification will appear in the bottom right of our desktop every time a song is changed. To deactivate it, we just have to go to Settings, then hover the mouse over Play Notifications and select OFF . In this way, we will not receive any notification every time you change songs.
