A group in the United States has created a kind of band-aid that can be put on the tip of the finger and that would accumulate energy throughout the day, even while the wearer is sleeping. A new source of energy
This project is being carried out at the University of California , although it is not the first time that a device with characteristics similar to the latter has been developed. However, this plaster is the first of its model, since generating energy without moving is difficult to achieve.
By constantly accumulating electricity, this little device could be used anywhere and anytime as a power source.

The experiments, a success
According to the researchers, the tips of the fingers are the ideal area in which to place this device since it is the part of the body that generates the most sweat, since it is always in contact with the outside.
There have already been several tests that have been carried out with the device and it was shown that after more than nine hours of inactivity the device managed to accumulate enough energy to run a watch for a whole day. Also writing for an hour without stopping produced quite a bit of energy.
The team has also tried to supply energy collected from this device with screens or sensors, in addition to other technological products. Emphasis is being placed on making the system more efficient and lasting longer, as well as creating other types of devices that obtain energy automatically.
