How to activate the qBittorent search engine
The first thing to know here is that the program’s Torrent search engine is not activated by default. That is why we will be forced to activate it by hand if we want to use it on the client. To do this, the first thing we must do is go to the menu called View of the main interface. Among the options that appear in it we will have to mark Search Engine .
At that moment a new tab will appear next to the usual Transfers tab that is marked with the name of Search. Therefore, it is easy to imagine that to take advantage of this search engine we will have to locate ourselves in it.
Update search plugins
It is possible that we find a list of plugins or sources that are used to search for content by default. That is, this refers to the websites that qBittorent will use when searching for new Torrents.
In case we want to take a look at the default search sources that will be used in the input client, click on the Search Plugins button located in the lower right corner. In the event that we do not see any, we recommend you click on Check for updates, so the ones installed by default in their latest version will appear.
