When mobiles like the OnePlus 10 Pro and others arrive with stable OxygenOS 13, there are models that have not yet received the previous update. We are talking about OnePlus 7 series devices. Specifically, OnePlus 7, OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7 Pro and OnePlus 7T Pro.
The mobiles that already received this improved version with new settings and icons in the middle of this year as the brand had announced, among other changes, are:

Although the devices of this series 7 received the beta 1 and beta 2 of the operating system, the latest stable and secure update has not yet arrived. They are waiting for a new update and to receive stable Android 12.
Many of them are really worried and want to know what is going on as they have not had any information about it for a long time. Some of them have expressed their complaints on Twitter, others in the thread where the brand confirmed OxyGenOS 12 and others in different other media.

The company has not yet commented on the matter and has not reported the dates on which this customization layer will arrive at the OnePlus 7 series mentioned.
This is a problem that apparently is only occurring in these models, but it is worrying enough to make us wonder what is happening and why OnePlus does not inform its users about what will happen to their mobiles or at least speaks out to reassure them.
