Now, a new certification program is coming to standardize spatial sound in 3D , and Samsung has been the first to receive it.
We are talking about the Spatial Sound Optimization certification, created by the famous German organization VDE (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker) . This new program will ensure that a television offers a consistent sound experience no matter what room they are placed in.

A TV sounds different depending on where we place it. For example, sound may bounce more off a wall that has the TV closer to one side than one that is further away. The size, the amount of objects you have placed on it, or even the texture of the walls also influences.
To avoid this difference in sound quality, Samsung Neo QLED Smart TVs have sound profiles that are activated based on the characteristics of the room. This mode, called SpaceFit Sound , measures the dimensions of the room using the microphones built into the television. By emitting a few sounds, the TV will know which is the right setting for your room, adapting the bass, treble and midrange appropriately.
