The first thing to do is go into Settings> Applications and click on Google. Here we will have to erase the cache and data within the storage, which will not affect the files on the mobile at all.
Then what we will do is enter the Google app on the smartphone and touch in the upper corner on our icon, among the options that appear we choose “Use without any account” and restart the mobile.
