You may not know about it, but there is a way available in most operators to send credit from one mobile to another with codes. Beyond the options that the applications of each mobile company give us, we have at our disposal codes such as USSD codes that allow us to take quick and instant actions from the phone app.
Although contract rates have gained important ground in terms of prepaid rates, it is still common for the smallest of the house or people who want to always have their consumption under control, opt for the classic balance. With a prepaid option we can also navigate and make calls with the help of the different bonuses offered by the operators and if we also have these USSD or SMS codes at our disposal, we can send balance with family or friends.
How to share balance in Movistar with codes
The simplest and fastest option to send credit to other prepaid Movistar numbers is through the codes, although in this case we cannot send it on our own and it will be the person who needs it who must request it from the mobile. The user who needs the balance must do the following:
- Open the Phone application.
- Write: * 111 * followed by the phone number of the person you are requesting it from and finally #
- To complete it we must press the call button.
- Then the other person will have to confirm the balance shipment.

The transfer of balance can be from a minimum of € 2 of balance to a maximum of € 20 per month and has a cost of € 0.25.
Send balance between Vodafone mobiles
The Vodafone operator also allows us to share balance with other numbers, in this case what we must do is this:
- Open the Phone application.
- Write: * 101 #
- To complete it we must press the call button.
- Then we will have to touch the option “Send Balance Transfer”.
- Choose the amount of credit and dial the recipient’s number.

If we are interested in sending credit in Orange we must know that it is not possible with codes and we can only do it through an SMS:
- We must write the SMS to number 1470 with the word: TRANSFER (AMOUNT) (phone number)

In addition to the most prominent ones, others where MVNOs are included also allow us to share balance through codes or simple methods.

What we must do is send an SMS to the telephone number 22951. What we must write is TRANSFER followed by the amount. Then another space and write the phone number to which we will send the balance.
