In recent times, we have seen how Samsung has strengthened its update policy. This is something that many users appreciate, and knowing that your terminal will be up to date gives some peace of mind. Now, as promised by the Korean firm, the list of mobiles and update dates to the new One UI 3.0 version based on Android 11 have been released.
Not all brands offer such a clear roadmap, as there can be many unexpected changes or problems that require modification. With this clear, Samsung has released the list of phones that will be updated to Android 11 and the release dates. As we can see, the update will be made progressively , starting that same month and extending until next August 2021.
The first mobiles to be updated
The first lucky ones will be the Galaxy S20, followed by the Galaxy Note 20 and Galxay Note 10 as well as the first Galaxy S10, with the exception of the Galaxy S10e. All of them will receive Android 11 with One UI 3.0 during the next month of January. The foldable Galaxy Z and Z Fold2 have also been listed in January, while the first Galaxy Fold will receive Android 11 in February.
It should also be noted that the “Lite” variants of the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 will receive the update in March of next year. Samsung also does not forget the Galaxy A and Galaxy M series, the first on the list being the Galaxy M21, Galaxy M31 and Galaxy A51, which will be updated in March. We will have to wait until summer for Android 11 to reach the most modest terminals of the Galaxy A series.

Exact dates?
This calendar, revealed by Samsung Members, could suffer changes or delays, since it is usual that unforeseen events may arise in some models. However, it is a good reference to be clear that Samsung has implemented all the update machinery. It is logical that the terminals that are already part of the beta program are the first to be updated. However, it is happy to see many modest terminals on the list such as the Galaxy A10, A20 or the Galaxy A01-Core, which will also receive their piece of cake with Android 11.
