Samsung is ahead of CES and launches a new QLED notebook for all budgets, a renewal of this range of devices that now comes the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex α, a cheap 2-in-1 laptop and with QLED screen that is already official and which will arrive in mid-2020 for less than $ 830.
The South Korean brand has not waited for Las Vegas to make announcements and releases and has made official its new addition to the range of laptops, the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha. This is a new variant of the Galaxy Book Flex that arrives with dimensions of 304.9 x 202.0 x 13.9 mm and boasting a rotating QLED screen of 13.3 inches and 1080p, immersive and super bright, with maximum capacity of 600 nits.
The Galaxy Book Flex α will be available in the first half of this 2020 with a 2-in-1 format and a modern and slim design, weighing 1.19 kilos and 13.9 millimeters thick that will make it an easily transportable device and resistant, with aluminum frame. As for the design, bet on thinner bezels on the screen than other models of the same family and has compatibility with an Active Pen that will increase productivity and make it easier to handle. Of course, the accessory would be sold separately.
As for the battery, the new Samsung device offers about 17 and a half hours of autonomy with a single charge and with a 54Wh battery that can be charged via USB-C connector and has built-in fast charge technology.
Inside, the Galaxy Book Flex α includes a tenth-generation Intel Core processor although the exact model has not been specified. We do know that the chip would arrive accompanied by 8 GB or 12 GB RAM memory options and with an internal memory in 256 GB or 512 GB versions and 1 TB of NVMe SSD.

Less than 850 dollars
A 2-in-1 device focused on productivity and multitasking, with an improved screen but with an affordable price that is expected to start at USD 820.99 at its US premiere. As explained by the brand itself, the Galaxy Book Flex Alpha will be available in the Royal Silver color in the United States in the first half of next year although there is no exact date for its launch.
