That’s where the Galaxy A02 comes in, arriving as the successor to the current Galaxy A01. On this occasion it has once again been one of the classic certification bodies, which has revealed a large battery capacity for this terminal, which is expected to be presented before the end of 2020.

The information revealed by SamMobile uncovers a new certificate, issued by the Latin American CPQD O&D center. This documentation reveals the model number HQ-50S, which matches its TUV-Rheiland certification. What is striking is that the device has a large 5,000 mAh battery , which would increase the capacity of the previous model by 2,000 mAh, which reached 3,000 mAh.
We are seeing little by little how Samsung is taking a giant step increasing the battery capacities in many of its devices. Recall that the Galaxy A51 is the first device from a major brand to be launched with no less than 7,000 mAh. It is also believed that the terminal will come with options of 32 or 64 GB of internal storage and that it will come with Android 10 as standard. When will it arrive?
The Galaxy A01 was launched in January 2020 , after its presentation in December 2019. This means that the roadmap could follow the same line with this Galaxy A02, so we could officially meet it before the end of the year. It is estimated that they will move in the lowest price range of the company, being able to be marketed below 100 euros. Therefore, we are facing one of the ideal candidates to become one of Samsung’s cheap and free mobiles, which will act as a claim on the main mobile operators.
