An “all in one” with SamDrivers
Once we run SamDrivers, its main menu appears, with an interface that appears automatically in Spanish . In the central part we find the main functions, with the Diagnostic tab, Non-installed drivers and installed drivers, from where we will execute the options to perform. Every time we run it, it will automatically do a system scan to check if drivers need updating.
Diagnostics
In the Diagnostics tab we will find the data of our computer as the processor , as well as different tests that can be performed on its components. This will show us the amount of RAM available and we can perform a test to check its status. It will also show us the hard disk , which we can defragment and the operating system, from which we can clean. Finally, it will tell us if we have an antivirus activated and if we want to scan for viruses.
Advanced
From this tab we can find all the installed drivers that are unknown to SamDrivers. In this case we find that there are no less than 27 drivers for which the application does not have support, so we will not be able to update the drivers for them.
Installed Drivers (Updatable Drivers)
Here we will find all the SamDrivers compatible drivers that we can update if the application has found a new update available. In this case we can see how you have found a new driver for the WiFi Adapter. If we want to update it, it will be as simple as marking it and clicking on the Install button.
Download SamDrivers
SamDrivers is a complete package of Windows drivers that we can download for free from the developer’s website , with 20.6 being the latest version available to date.
It is in the download where we will find the main problem of this package. First, the developer’s website is in Russian , with no possibility of translating it into another language. This may make it difficult for us to find the download link, which is located at the bottom, with two options available. In the capture we leave you indicated where you must press to access the download.
The first option will take us to the Gigabase download page, while the second link takes us to the turbobit page. It is recommended to choose the Gigabase option since it is much faster and safer. The turboit page is loaded with tremendously annoying pop-up ads. When executing the downloaded file, it will be necessary to deactivate Windows SmartScreen in case we have it operational, since it will detect the application as dangerous because it does not have the corresponding security certificates.
