Realme is still working to expand its list of terminals. In addition, the Chinese company will soon unveil the new “V” family of which the Realme V5 is the first device we know of. The terminal was leaked last week, thanks to some “renders” shared by the company itself as a snack. Now it has been filtered in all its glory, revealing its design, colors and some of its most important technical features.
According to the confirmed data that we can already handle and that are expanded with this new leak, the Realme V5 is emerging as one of the cheapest 5G phones on the market . As we say, there are still some doubts about its technical benefits, including the processor section, but others such as the battery, the main camera or the design, have already been fully disclosed.
First real pictures
This time it was the Chinese “leaker” Asen Jun, who shared real images of the device on the China Weibo social network. In these we can see all the colors in which the terminal will be available, as well as confirmed technical data present on a sticker on your screen. These leaks are common when the device is about to be presented and its sale is imminent , since it reaches the hands of retailers who can filter the information.
Battery, charge and camera confirmed
In these images we see how the terminal will arrive with 5G Dual support , a huge 5,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charge and a main camera with a 48 megapixel sensor . This last piece of information inevitably leads us to an inexpensive mobile by integrating a more modest sensor than that seen in other relame terminals, even mid-range. What could be a strategy to balance the costs between offering 5G and hardware performance to match. This means that the Realme V5 could become one of the cheapest 5G mobiles on the market.
Its processor, a mystery …
With 5G technology, the big question is in the processor chosen by Realme. In this case, the best placed candidates are the Snapdragon 765G or the MediaTek Dimensity 720 . Put to reduce costs, the second option would position the V5 as an even more competitive terminal. It is also believed that it will arrive in variants of 6 and 8 GB of RAM starting from the 128 GB of storage. Its screen could reach 5 inches with an aspect ratio of 20: 9.

Xiaomi is expected to make its official presentation in China next Monday, August 3 , with a sale on the same day.
